Our Story
Vital Reform House began at the intersection of my clinical experience and movement expertise. Both have shown me what matters as we live longer: strength, mobility, independence, and the confidence to keep participating in life.
During more than two decades as a nurse practitioner, I saw how important those qualities become when health changes. Later, my own knee pain led me to Pilates, first as a client and then as an instructor. Together, intentional movement and recovery therapies helped me rebuild not only my strength and mobility, but also my confidence in my body and myself.
Those experiences changed how I thought about wellness. I created Vital Reform House for people who want to care for themselves not only when something goes wrong, but as part of how they live each day. The products are tools, but the purpose is bigger: helping you preserve the strength, confidence, and freedom to keep saying yes to life.
